Effective and Free: Japanese Method For Weight Loss

Japanese Method to Lose Weight
You will need:
- A large towel
- A strong rope
- A flat surface
- 5 minutes of your day
First, you should roll the towel so that it is 40 centimeters long and 10 centimeters thick. Then, tie it with the string to keep it wound. You should lie on a flat surface, such as the ground or bed, and place the towel on the lower part of your back, below the navel line. Next, align your legs with your shoulders and try to touch your thumbs, leaving a gap of between 20 and 25 cm between the beads. You should look at the ceiling and move your thumbs, bringing them together and apart for five minutes.
Even if you feel a slight discomfort, continue this exercise. However, it’s better to start with less time until you reach 5 minutes. Use a timer for this purpose. Practice this method for several consecutive days.

Note: You should be cautious that while you’re doing the exercise, your bones and joints are distorted a little.
